Mark Schwartz

Mark Schwartz

- Owner

Mark has faithfully served customers throughout the Bay Area since 1974, and is committed to running the most qualified and current repair shop in the business. On any given day, Mark can be found talking to customers, communicating with his staff, or troubleshooting a repair issue over the Internet. Customer relationships based on trust, combined with a focus on customer service, have always been Mark's highest priorities. He likes to think of his shop as the Nordstrom of the car business. "We're more like a community, and we make sure our customers want to come back to us." Mark has a very dedicated client base and a team of employees who feel appreciated for their high quality work.

Shawn Albin

- Service Manager

Shawn has been in the car business for 19 years. Several years ago, he came to Holland Car Care from a major Bay Area dealership and finds his talents better served in an independent shop environment. His extensive BMW, Volvo, Mercedes and European Car product knowledge make him a valuable resource for customers and Holland Car Care technicians alike.

Technicians

Each one of our employees has worked in the service industry for at least ten years, and most of our technicians have over twenty years of experience. To keep up with the latest technology, our technicians go through a series of in-house training sessions each month. Their "can-do" philosophy and extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art equipment keeps our customers faithful. We feel fortunate to have such a dedicated and qualified team of employees on our staff.

The Shop

Open Facility

At Holland Car Care, you can walk right up to our technicians and have a conversation with them. There are times when you may want to explain exactly what is going on with your car to the technician who works on it. You can even take a technician on a test drive with you.

Environmentally Friendly Facility

You'll also notice how clean the shop is. This is due to our strong commitment to recycling and our use of non-toxic substances. In fact, we find that hot water and biodegradable soap works very well for dissolving grease on parts.
